Hello, I’m Alex.

I am a person-centred counsellor. My counselling practice includes placements with local charities, working with a broad range of clients and issues including mental health difficulties, domestic and sexual abuse, illness, grief, and relationship problems.

My aim is to help you explore the challenging or painful aspects of your life, whatever they are. Our sessions will be led by you at a pace that suits you. I will support you as you shine a light into the darkest corners and work to come to terms with the past, figure out what matters right now, and start to move towards the future as you want to live it.
